Make no mistake; this bike is a fast as its Gulf Racing inspired paint job!

Fast, light, accurate and built to dissect trails. The 24/30T Mitsubishi UD carbon frame is a work of art but its beauty is not just skin deep. It features a 12 x 148mm Boost dropout system, IS42-IS52 tapered headtube and all cables are internally routed to keep it looking clean with routing for stealth dropper posts as standard. Its Shimano Di2 ready too with a neat battery port hidden in the downtube. It's a bike that blurs the boundary between XC race machine and aggressive trail bike.

Freewheel isn’t just another online bike store.

It’s a way to help independent bike dealers to get online and open themselves up to a whole new audience. In a marketplace where it’s getting harder and harder to run a bike shop, we want to make sure that all the amazing shops we work with have the chance to thrive.

Freewheel means the best of both worlds: the convenience of ordering online, whether choosing to reserve and collect in-store or delivery straight to your door; all whilst benefiting your local store.

Freewheel FAQ

Yes, you can order a bike to test ride in any Freewheel authorised stores. Simply select reserve and collect for the bike you wish to test. If you would like to test ride more than one bike please contact your local store. You can find your local Freewheel store here: https://www.freewheel.co.uk/stores

Yes! All bikes (apart from ex-display bikes) are available for both home delivery and reserve and collect in-store.

For all bikes delivered to your home, please allow 3-5 working days for your bike to arrive. This is to allow adequate time for a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety checks carried out by a skilled bike technician prior to shipment. When you receive your bike, you will need to adjust the handlebars and seat-post height. Instructions on how to do this are provided with the bike. If the bikes comes with pedals, these will already be fitted to the bike for you. Kids bikes will come with 2 hex keys and a spanner, however, for all other bikes, you will require either a 4mm, 5mm or 6mm hex key to adjust your bike. For Di2 and E-bikes, the battery will need to be charged prior to use.

For all Reserve and Collect orders, your bike will undergo a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and subsequent safety check by a skilled bike technician in-store. Once this is completed, your chosen store will contact you informing you that your bike is ready for collection. Payment is made to the store directly. Please note, some stores may request a deposit prior to building your bike if they do not have the bike model in stock at the time of ordering and will contact you to discuss this.

We want to get it right: If you have purchased a bike from one of our participating bike stores and you feel that you are not satisfied with your bike, please return it to the store within 30 days. The store staff will discuss the options available to you and quickly rectify the situation.

One Year Warranty: All bikes have a limited warranty and components are covered for one year from date of purchase - all to the original purchaser. Any part or frame failure that you would like to have inspected, as a warranty case should be first dealt with by the participating bike store where you originally purchased the bike from. If there is a case, then the aforementioned will be sent to us for further inspection and outcome. Please remember to provide your proof of purchase.
