Located in mid-Wales and with a growing reputation in the MTB community, Caersws Bike Park has teamed up with Saracen as it looks to cement itself as one of best bike parks in the country. As part of a wider deal with Madison, the park will also be supported by GTechniq, Park Tool and Shimano.

It’s also a nice touch for the brand to support Ex-Madison Saracen Factory rider Matt Simmonds in his new venture as Caersws co-owner with his business partner JR. Simmonds rode for Madison Saracen for four years between 2013 and 2017 and also managed the development team for a couple of years, which made the partnership a very comfortable fit.

With Caersws already making the headlines with its new lines and plans for expansion, the partnership with Saracen supports the installation of new infrastructure, a GTECHNIQ bike wash area, two Park Tool maintenance stands and a fresh demo fleet of Saracen bikes. As part of the new agreement, Saracen will be the sole hire bike provider with a fleet of Ariel 60 Enduro Bikes, Myst Pro and Myst Team downhill bikes. These are available to hire at the park now.

Kellie Parsons, Marketing Director at Madison and Sportline, said: “We’re thrilled to sponsor Caersws Bike Park, as it perfectly aligns with our commitment to supporting grassroots mountain biking and giving as many riders as possible the opportunity to demo a Saracen bike. Having known Matt for years, this partnership was an easy decision. Together, we aim to support each other’s growth while helping to develop one of the premier bike parks in the country.”

Matt Simmonds, Co-owner at Caersws Bike Park, said: We’re stoked to have Saracen Bikes on board as a park sponsor and official hire bike partner here at Caersws Bike Park. Their bikes are built for fast, technical terrain – exactly what our trails demand. We’re also really pleased to have support from Shimano, Park Tool, and Gtechniq as we keep pushing to make the park the best it can be.”
