Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. A Contract between the customer and Saracen for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. For items being delivered to you (opposed to Click & Collect), when your product is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a despatch confirmation email. Order acceptance and the completion of the Contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
Until then Saracen reserves the right to decline the order. No binding contract is created until your order has been accepted. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Click & Collect
Saracen offers a "Click & Collect" service via a network of independent retail stores throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. The "Click & Collect" service is available on all goods marked as "Available for Click & Collect" on each of the product pages on Saracen.
Our Click & Collect service is free. Simply select your items online, pick Click & Collect as your delivery method (choosing the store of your choice), and complete the rest of the standard check out steps online. Your credit/debit card will be charged when your order is placed. Once your order has been received, the chosen store will contact the customer when the order is ready for collection. The customer must bring a form of ID and the Saracen order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Each selected store receives a percentage of the sale from all Click & Collect orders.
Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
In the event we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will offer you an alternative or, where no suitable alternative is available, issue a refund for the part we cannot fulfil. We will email you to advise if this happens
For Click & Collect orders, should you be unhappy with the items collected from your selected store, please return the item(s) unused and in its original condition and packaging within 30-days from the date of purchase to our Saracen HQ using the returns labels provided. All returns are FREE; however, we reserve the rights to refuse this free service on a case by case basis. Refunds will be processed by Saracen and are made to the original method of payment and account holder. The selected store is unable to offer a refund.
Manufacturer's Warranties & Guarantees
Any manufacturer warranty, guarantee or similar assurance applies in addition to your legal rights as a consumer.
Where applicable, details of manufacturer guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the goods. For goods purchased directly from Saracen and shipped to your chosen delivery address, our customer services team will deal with all after sales service and warranty claims. In relation to "Click & Collect" orders, you must contact your chosen Saracen Retail Partner store from whom you collected the goods. They will be your primary point of contact to resolve any service or warranty claims. In the case of extended warranties, if available, these must be registered within 30 days of purchase – please refer to the individual manufacturer product documentation. For help please email or call customerservice@Saracen.co.uk
Warranties are non-transferable and only apply for the original Customer. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
Payment
For shipments in the United Kingdom, all prices include VAT at the applicable rate for the UK.
Saracen accepts orders using all the major credit or debit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Novuna Finance.
For "Click & Collect" orders, payment is made at the time of collection in-store. You will pay the price as specified online, unless available cheaper in store.
