Saracen bikes are available exclusively direct-to-consumer in the UK. Simply add the bike of your dreams to your basket, checkout and wait for us to deliver!

All bikes are professionally built and delivered at a £50 charge. Framesets and spares orders over £75 will be delivered for free. Postage will be charged for spares orders under £75. 

If you’re in the EU and want to get on board a Saracen, please contact your preferred official stockist.

How much does delivery cost?


Professional assembly and shipping for Saracen bikes is £50.  

Orders for framesets and spares over £75 to the UK* are free from shipping charges. 

Shipping for spares and orders under £75 are charged as follows:

• Standard delivery is £5.95 for orders under £75.
• Estimated delivery date for standard delivery is 2-3 working days (excludes bikes).
• Exceptions apply to items being delivered to non-UK mainland locations and remote areas.
• Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday.

UK Next Working Day Delivery - £9.95
• Order before 1pm for next working day delivery.
• Order placed between 1pm Thursday and 12.59 Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
• Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
• This delivery type is unavailable on bike orders.
• We're sorry, but we can't offer next day delivery to non-UK mainland locations, Ireland, Northern Ireland or remote areas.
• Deliveries take place between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery to Remote Areas - Standard
Unfortunately, if you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode, due to distance delivery may take longer than 7 working days and incur additional charges, however we will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We are also unable to offer next day delivery to these locations:

Channel Islands
£9.60 for under 2kg and £24 for over 2kg

Isle of Man
£8 for under 2kg and £20 for over 2kg

*Excludes the Republic Of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

How long does delivery of my bike take? 

Delivery of your new bike typically takes 5-9 working days from the moment you your order is paid for, however delivery may take nine or more days in some cases.

Your bike is built and packaged on site and when it’s ready to ship, we will contact you with a dispatch notification and tracking details.

Please note that delivery to remote locations, islands and Northern Ireland is subject to courier availability and can take longer than one day, therefore extending the nine working day delivery period.

Can I nominate a day for my bike delivery?


If you would like to nominate a day for delivery of your bike, please contact us as soon as you have placed your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that we cannot bring forward deliveries to a requested date and we cannot amend deliveries once they have been shipped.

Can I change my order after it has been processed?


You can change the billing or delivery address, your payment details or items ordered up to a few days before shipping.

If you want to make any changes, you’ll need to contact us as soon as possible.

Who do you use for shipping?


We use Furdeco as our primary shipping partner.

Can I track my bike in transit?


Yes – you will receive a tracking number when your order has been dispatched and you can track your shipment here.

My bike was out to be delivered, but hasn’t arrived. What do I do?


Please track your order to find out its progress. If the bike does not arrive, please contact us and we will locate your order.

Can my bike be delivered to my workplace?


Your bike can be delivered to any address as long as there is someone to sign for it.

Can my bike be delivered to a safe place?


Every bike we deliver must be signed for, so unfortunately it is not possible to leave the box in any unattended location.

Can I pick my bike up from Saracen HQ?


Unfortunately it is not possible to collect a bike from us directly at this time. 

How is my Saracen packaged – and how will it arrive with me?


All of our bikes are shipped in custom bike boxes, covered in protective packaging and have completed a pre-delivery inspection. You will only need to attach the handlebars, adjust your tyre pressures and set up your suspension. Add your own pedals and you will be ready to ride.

Do I need to build my new Saracen when it arrives?


You won’t need to build your new bike, however you will need to attach the handlebars, adjust your tyre pressures and set up your suspension. Add your own pedals and you will be ready to ride.

Do I need to use a torque wrench to assemble my bike?


Saracen recommend you always use a torque wrench to assemble any part of your bicycle.

Does my bike come with pedals?


All Saracen bikes are delivered without pedals.

Will I need a shock pump?


Bikes with air-sprung forks and shocks are not supplied with a shock pump. You can find our guide to set up your suspension here

What tools do you recommend that I have when I take delivery of my new Saracen?


We recommend that you have:

  • A track pump to inflate the tyres to your desired pressure. 
  • A shock pump to set up your air-sprung fork and shock. 
  • A torque wrench to install your handlebars and adjust the controls to your preferred position. 
  • A pedal spanner if required to install your own pedals.

I can’t assemble my bike – where can it be assembled for me?


Please contact your local Shimano Service Centre.

My Saracen has arrived but is damaged, what do I do?


If your bike has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with a description of the damage – and photos if you can. We will aim to reply as quickly as possible and take the most appropriate course of action on a case-by-case basis.

My Saracen has arrived, but is not set up correctly, what do I do?


If your new Saracen has arrived and is not set up correctly, please contact us immediately and we will help you get your bike running perfectly as soon as possible.

My Saracen has arrived, but I think it’s the wrong size, what can I do?


As long as the bike has not been ridden you have 30 days to return it in line with our returns policy for a replacement / credit.

My gears are out of adjustment, how should I fix them?


Please contact us with details of your problem and we will help you get your bike running perfectly as soon as possible.

Can you ship to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or Isle of Man?


Yes, however geographical location and courier availability can restrict our delivery service.

I’m based in Europe, can I buy a Saracen from the UK store and have it shipped to my address?


To provide the best possible service, we have partnered with official stockists of Saracen bikes in Europe. If you want to get onto a Saracen, contacting your preferred stockist is the best possible way to make it happen.

I’m based outside of the UK and Europe – can I buy a Saracen?


While there is no option currently for customers outside of the UK and Europe to buy a Saracen through our web store, we will do our best to help. Please contact us with your location and if possible we will inform you of shipping costs.
