Complete Bikes – Flat shipping rate of €50
Parts & Accessories – Flat shipping rate of €9.99

EU Delivery Timeframe

Orders typically arrive within 10 working days after dispatch
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility

Important Information for EU Customers

· All orders are shipped from the UK with all duties paid

· In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or if you're located in a remote delivery area

Assembly Requirement for EU Shipments

All bikes and frames shipped to the EU require assembly by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

We strongly recommend that assembly is carried out at either:

A Saracen stockist
Or a Shimano Service Center

How Long Does Bike Delivery Take?

Delivery to EU countries may take up to 10 working days from dispatch
All bikes are professionally packed at our facility, and you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched
Delivery to remote areas may take longer depending on courier availability
