The last date for Christmas Delivery is 15th December 2025
The last date to order bikes for a pre-Christmas delivery is Wednesday 9th December 2025

Extended Christmas Returns
Purchases made in December 2025 can be returned up until January 31st 2026.

Orders will continue to be dispatched after these dates, but may not arrive before Christmas

 

Delivery to EU Countries (France, Germany, Italy, and Spain)

We’re pleased to offer direct shipping of Saracen bikes and parts to customers across the EU.

EU Shipping Costs

  • Complete Bikes – Flat shipping rate of €50
  • Parts & Accessories – Flat shipping rate of €9.99

EU Delivery Timeframe

  • Bike orders typically arrive within 10 working days after dispatch

  • Spares & Framesets order typically arrive within 2-7 working day after dispatch

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility

Important Information for EU Customers

·      All orders are shipped from the UK with all duties paid

·      In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or if you're located in a remote delivery area

Assembly Requirement for EU Shipments

All bikes and frames shipped to the EU require assembly by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

How Long Does Bike Delivery Take?

  • Delivery to EU countries may take up to 10 working days from dispatch
  • All bikes are professionally packed at our facility, and you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer depending on courier availability
