  • FAQ
    • Q: What is bike ceramic coating?
A: Bike ceramic coating is a protective layer applied to a bicycle frame that helps repel dirt, water, and grime. It creates a hydrophobic surface that makes bikes easier to clean and helps protect paint and components from damage during wet and muddy rides.

Q: Is ceramic coating worth it for a mountain bike?
A: Yes. Ceramic coating is worth it for mountain bikes because it reduces mud and dirt build-up, makes cleaning much faster, and helps protect the frame from contaminants. It is especially useful for riders who regularly ride in wet, muddy, or winter trail conditions.

Q: How do you clean a mountain bike properly?
A: Rinse off loose dirt, apply bike-specific cleaner, wash with a brush or sponge, and rinse again. The bike should then be dried and optionally treated with protection products like ceramic coatings or lubricants.

Q: How often should I clean my mountain bike?
A: You should clean your bike after every muddy or wet ride, or whenever dirt builds up on the drivetrain or frame. Regular cleaning helps maintain performance and prevents premature wear on components.

Q: Do I need both bike cleaner and ceramic coating?

A: Yes, they serve different purposes. Bike cleaner is used to remove dirt after riding, while ceramic coating is applied to protect the frame and make future cleaning easier.
