Our frame-only option means you get to create the perfect custom build, with the chance to hand-pick every component.
With the first prototypes raced throughout the 2023 season and after multiple frame and linkage modifications, the bike is Factory Team approved. Our Tuned Ride link allows the suspension to be more active under braking, giving more traction when you need it most.
Talking of suspension, this frameset includes the top-tier Fox DHX2 Factory coil shock, which is the perfect starting point to go off the deep end and build this frame up with a drool-inducing and bank-crushing spec.

FAQ
-
Q: What suspension setup is best for downhill riding?
A: The best downhill suspension setup depends on rider weight, riding style and terrain. As a starting point, aim for 25-30% sag, then fine-tune your rebound and compression settings to balance grip, support and responsiveness.Q: How much suspension travel dose the Myst have?
A: The Myst feature around 200mm of front and 211mm rear suspension travel. This amount of travel is designed to absorb large impacts, rough terrain, jumps and steep descents while maintaining control at high speeds.Q: What makes the Saracen Myst different from other downhill bikes?
A: The Saracen Myst is a race-proven downhill bike developed alongside the Madison Saracen Factory Race Team, built to deliver maximum speed, control and confidence on technical descents.Q: What wheel size does the Saracen Myst use?
A: The Myst uses a dedicated mullet setup, pairing a 29-inch front wheel with a 27.5-inch rear wheel to balance stability, speed and agility.Q: What forks do Saracen Myst bikes come with?
A: Saracen Myst bikes are equipped with premium downhill-specific forks, with the Myst Team LTD featuring a Fox 40 Float Factory fork and the Myst Pro LTD fitted with a RockShox Boxxer Select RC. Both models offer 200mm of travel for maximum control on steep, technical terrain and bike park laps.Q: What type of riding is the Myst best for?
A: The Myst is designed specifically for downhill riding, including bike parks, race tracks, and very steep, technical descents. It performs best in environments where speed, stability, and control on rough terrain are the priority. It is not intended for general trail riding or long-distance climbing.Q: What level of rider is the Myst aimed at?
A: The Myst is aimed at intermediate to advanced riders who already have experience riding technical terrain at speed. It is commonly used by downhill riders and racers who require a purpose-built gravity bike. It is not suitable as a first mountain bike or for casual trail riding.
