Walker and Madley take British Champs titles

Matt Walker and George Madley made it a double win for Madison Saracen at the 2023 British Downhill Championships in Rhyd-y-Felin. 

For Walker it was a familiar experience, winning a career third title, having previously won in 2018 and 2021. 

For the development squad, it was another chance for the young riders to work alongside the Factory Race Team. This gives an invaluable opportunity to learn from the best in the sport and apply it to their racing now and in the future. 

That help certainly paid off for George Madley as he rode to the youth category race win, taking the national title and with it a jersey to match Matt's!

The team now make their final preparations for the world championships, on August 5 in Fort William, Scotland.
