Matt Walker breaks top-10 in Snowshoe
Matt Walker rode to a top-10 finish at the penultimate round of the 2023 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Snowshoe, USA.
Both Walker and Greg Williamson made it through the semi-finals, finishing 14th and 27th respectively.
Williamson took his best finals result of the season, in 21st place. Walker went even higher and finished ninth, his best finish since July 2022 in Lenzerheide.
The result moved Walker up into 17th in the series standings, with one round remaining.
The final race of the season takes place on October 7 in Mont Sainte Anne, Canada.
